Smart Frog Promotions guarantees the workmanship of our unique products for 30 days from when you receive your order. If there is an issue with quality, please contact us at 630-258-2536 or email: contact@smartfrogpromotions.com. Products that are defective will be replaced within a reasonable time. No merchandise that is delivered as ordered and is defect free shall be accepted for return. If necessary, responsibility lies upon the customer to approve a proof, sample, or pre-production sample. After approval customers must accept items as is. If items are printed, then returns are prohibited. Customers are responsible for any charges that occur after approval, including but not limited to, printing costs, item costs, and shipping.
